Service Questions
Team AC is ready to go from its Central
Headquarters located in Paterson, New Jersey, and venture into the
surrounding counties. Team AC covers Passaic County, Essex County,
Hudson County, & Bergen County. We are ready to serve you!
Team AC is ready to serve
its customers on Weekdays throughout the evening hours and all
Saturday and Sunday. Everyone at Team AC understands how important
you are to us.
If you're bringing in a
laptop for service, remember both your power cable and the system
discs that came with the computer. For service of a desktop PC, just
bring your system discs with you.
We take most major credit
cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, & Discover), check, and
cash.
If you're not satisfied with your service,
please contact Team AC at (973) 742-7709. Team AC guarantees its
services for 30 days for both On-Site and Off-Site Services. Remote
services are guaranteed for three days. If there is a problem with
the service we provided and you notify us within the stated time
period, Team AC will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no
additional cost.
A person at least 18 years of age must be
present during the entire time period that services are provided.
Team AC must receive: full access to the computer(s) and/or
peripheral(s) to be serviced, access to your residence, your consent
and cooperation to enter your residence or business, a safe working
environment, working space and electrical power.
When a member from Team AC arrives at your
home or office, you will meet with a courteous and energetic
individual who will talk with you, investigate, answer your
questions, and solve your computer related matter. When the work is
complete, the Team AC member will leave you with a temporary copy of
your receipt, and then mail you your digitized receipt with any
recommendations that may have been discussed during the visit.
