One time remote support is as easy as a 9-digit session code. When you need support on any device, simply run the SOS app and provide the Remote Agent with the code using the desktop app. We can remotely access and control Windows, Mac, and Android devices such as Samsung, LG, and Lenovo and other Android 8.0+ devices like Google Pixel, OnePlus, HTC, Huawei, OPPO, Sony, and ZTE. iOS (11 or later) and Android (5 or later) phones and tablets support view-only support sessions.
Supported devices and operating systems include: Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, Vista*, XP* and Server 2019, 2016, 2012, 2008, 2003*; macOS 10.10* or newer; iPad or iPhone running iOS 12.2 or later, Android 5.0* or newer and Chromebooks that can run Android apps.
* Windows XP/Vista, Windows Server 2003, macOS 10.7/10.8, and Android 4.0 are supported only for computers that reside inside the (US). Computers outside the (US) database and infrastructure may restrict access to TLS 1.2, which these older devices do not support.
